How do I speak to customer services?

How do I access my account?
If you have created an account you can log into your account here. You will be able to view your orders, print invoices and VAT receipts, arrange returns, track deliveries and change your details.
How do I make a complaint?
We are very sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint within 28 days of receiving. Please email sophia@basessports.com and we will follow our complaints procedure. Please feel free to contact customer services for more information.
